Welcome to the
Birchwood Bobcat ATV Club, Inc. We are located in upper midwestern Wisconsin on
the Tuscobia Trail, which runs from Birchwood to Park Falls for ATV use. We
established one of the first funded club trails in Washburn County being the
"Spider Loop". Since then, we have connected to the Tuscobia State Trail in two
different ways using county and private lands and Town Roads where needed. Our
latest connections have linked with the Wild Rivers Trail (using road routes)
the other through County Forest and scenic wooded trails.
We sponsor DNR Certified ATV Safety Classes every spring in the Birchwood
area that are open to the public.
We are one of the original Trail Patrol Ambassador groups in the state of
Wisconsin.
We are sharing some of the snowmobile trails in the area with the Birchwood
Snowmobile Club. We are cooperatively maintaining these trails.
We
have over 25 miles of funded trails in Washburn County in addition to many more
miles of enjoyable riding in the area. Many of our trails are slow, hilly and
curvy so we can enjoy the beautiful wildlife and outdoors. Most of our trails
are developed in heavy soils so we must stay on designated trails while riding
to prevent damage and to assure that we keep our trails with the private land
owners, counties and towns. Click here and
visit our maps page with important information.
Our trails are maintained with our own equipment which includes an ASV and a
small dump truck with monies that come from state funding and club
fundraisers.
Every year we hold a landowner appreciation dinner where we have a good meal
and good camaraderie. We invite all landowners that our trail system passes
through and special guest speakers which is usually DNR or law enforcement or
both. Fun is had by all.
Our Trails
Open Memorial Weekend and Close 3rd Sunday in October (see trail reports for more
information).
We are always looking for more members and working members.
Come and ride our beautiful
area!
Please leave it the way you found it.
Pack it in, Pack it out!
